Wemory Child Safety Standards

Wemory, developed by Gitscape SRL, is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe private memory-sharing service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Wemory strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or harms children. This includes:
- Child sexual abuse material, including photos, videos, generated images, edited images, or links to such material
- Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors
- Sextortion, coercion, or blackmail involving minors
- Sexualization of minors
- Trafficking, promotion, or facilitation of child exploitation
- Attempts to create, request, share, store, or distribute CSAE-related content
Any violation may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

How We Handle CSAM
When Wemory becomes aware of suspected CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate action, which may include:
- Reviewing the reported content or account
- Removing violating content
- Suspending or terminating involved accounts
- Preserving information where legally required
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, law enforcement, or the relevant regional child safety authority

Wemory complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities where required.
